Here’s to you, Jane.

This past week, we celebrated 81 years of Jane Goodall with the remarkable Doctor’s birthday.

Here’s to you, Jane.

We also got word that Dr. Goodall is coming to speak in Salt Lake City end of April. Tickets are available here.

We wanted to do a quick spotlight on Dr. Goodall via her many stories out there.

First, here is a quick bio briefing on her life, thus far. But, know this: not only have many books been written about Goodall’s remarkable life, she is also a prolific author, herself.

One of our favorites just so happens to be:

Me . . . Jane
Children’s Illustrated Book by Patrick McDonnell, which highlights the magnificent beginnings of Dr. Goodall. Adorable drawings and the incredible true story of her seeds of hope for all animals. Available here at Dolly’s.

What was the first story you heard of Jane and her legacy?

Which books have you read/are your favorite?
